Return Eligibility

A product is eligible for return only if:

  • There must be no liquid damage or physical damage
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required

Non-Defective Returns

If a return is requested without any technical defect, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping & Transportation Costs

  • Return shipping and transportation charges are the customer’s responsibility
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Warranty-related transportation costs are also borne by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • Any damaged, defective, or incorrect item must be reported within 1 hour of receiving the order
  • Claims reported after this time may not be accepted
  • Damage caused during courier transportation must be reported directly to the courier company

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Hazardous, flammable, or gas-based items
